Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Returning is easy and convenient.

Would you like to return or exchange an item? No problem, try on your shoes comfortably at home and simply send them back to us within 14 days from the day of receiving your order. Please ensure that all items are returned new and unused. For this purpose, we kindly ask you to only try on the shoes on a carpet or towel. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not comply with these guidelines and will have to send them back to you.

Please fill out the return form by entering your order details. If you wish to exchange one or more items, you can also indicate this on the return form.

Returns within Germany

Returns within Germany are free of charge. You will find a free return label in your package. If there is no return label in your package, you can create a free return label for yourself at this link.

Preferably pack the items in the original packaging. Attach the return label to the outside of the package, covering any existing stickers if necessary. You can drop off the package at any DHL station. If you choose to return your order using a different courier than the recommended one, the responsibility and costs for shipping will be entirely yours.

Returns outside of Germany

If your delivery address is outside of Germany and you wish to return one or more items, you must send the return at your own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a free return label outside of Germany. Returns outside of Germany are at your own responsibility and cost. Preferably pack the items in the original packaging. Attach the return label to the outside of the package, covering any existing stickers if necessary. Please send the package to the following address.

Refund

After we have received your return, we will inform you by e-mail about the return received and the credit to be issued. The purchase price of the returned items will be refunded no later than 7 days after receipt of the shipment. The refund will take the form of the same payment method as the purchase. The duration of the refund varies depending on the payment method you use:

  • Credit Card / Apple Pay:
    The technical duration until your refund is credited depends on the credit institution that issued your card. The value date of the refund does not change from the debit date.
  • PayPal:
    The refund will be credited directly to your PayPal account and will be visible within a few days. You will receive a confirmation of the refund from PayPal.
  • Prepayment:
    The debited amount is always refunded to the buyer or account holder.
  • Klarna (Pay Now, Pay Later, Financing):
    After receiving the return, your Klarna account will be adjusted. The refund or the adjustment of the invoice amount takes place automatically after confirmation of the return and can take about 2-5 banking days. If you have any questions about the Klarna invoice, please contact Klarna.
  • eps:
    When you return one or more items, the amount is automatically credited to the bank account from which you transferred. The credit will automatically be made to the account you used.
