Standard parcel shipping is done with DHL. An e-mail which is send to you on the day of dispatch contains the tracking number which you can use to follow the progress of the parcel. Express deliveries within Germany guarantee receipt of the shipment before 12 noon on the following working day. The order for an express delivery must be placed by 4 p.m.
